Welcome to DNC.ME ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). By accessing or using our services, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Service Description
DNC.ME provides a proprietary marketing list scanning and opt-out service designed to reduce unwanted communications, robocalls, and marketing solicitations. Our service operates as follows:
- List Scanning: We scan marketing partner lists and databases to identify where your contact information appears
- Non Deterministic Opt-Out: We proactively opt you out of marketing lists and databases whether or not your contact information is currently found on those lists, taking a comprehensive approach to prevent future unwanted communications from reaching you
- Notification Process: After opting you out, both you and the relevant marketing partner will receive email confirmation of the opt-out request
- Industry Expertise: Our service has been developed by industry insiders with deep knowledge of marketing and telecommunications practices
2. Payment Terms and Billing
Trial Period and Subscription:
Upon entering your payment information, you will be charged $1.00 for a 5-day trial period. After the 5-day trial expires, your subscription will automatically renew at $29.99 per month unless cancelled.
- All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice
3. Service Warranties and Limitations
DNC.ME warrants and represents that:
- Best Efforts: We will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent robocalls and unwanted marketing communications directed to you
- Industry Knowledge: Our service leverages insider industry knowledge to maximize effectiveness
- Ongoing Protection: We continuously monitor and update our databases and opt-out processes
Important Limitations:
We cannot and do not guarantee that we will eliminate all unwanted communications. The marketing and telecommunications landscape is vast and constantly evolving. According to the National Consumer Law Center (NCLC), there are numerous companies in America that collectively make approximately 33 million scam calls daily. While we work diligently to reduce your exposure, complete elimination of all unwanted communications is not possible.

5. User Responsibilities
By using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete contact information
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent or interfere with our service operations
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DNC.ME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DNC.ME, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Orange County California, and the laws of California shall govern these Terms.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through our service. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
